You can browse the Site without an account, but some features, such as order history and saved addresses, require one.

• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering and to keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account.
• Please notify us immediately at contact@upantor.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
• We may suspend or close accounts that provide false information, violate these Terms, or are used fraudulently.

We aim to describe and display our products as accurately as possible, including colors, images, sizes, and specifications. However, screen settings and manufacturing variations mean we cannot guarantee that every detail will match exactly. Product availability is subject to change without notice, and we may limit quantities or discontinue items at any time.

• All prices are shown in US dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. The price charged is the price displayed at the time you place your order.
• Applicable taxes and shipping charges are calculated and shown at checkout before you confirm payment.
• Payment is due in full when you place your order. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout.
• By submitting an order, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.
• We may cancel or refuse any order if we suspect fraud, if a pricing or product-information error has occurred, or if payment cannot be authorized. If we cancel an order that has already been charged, you will receive a full refund.

Promotional codes, such as seasonal offers, are valid only for the period and products stated in the promotion. Unless stated otherwise, codes cannot be combined, are not redeemable for cash, and apply to a single order per customer. We reserve the right to withdraw or modify any promotion at any time and to cancel orders placed in abuse of a promotion.

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted when we send you a shipping confirmation, not when you receive the initial order confirmation email. Our order confirmation email only acknowledges that we have received your order.

• We process orders promptly and aim to deliver within 1–2 business days of dispatch for standard deliveries within the United States. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
• Delays may occur because of carrier disruptions, severe weather, public holidays, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside our control.
• Risk of loss or damage passes to you when the order is delivered to the address you provided.
• Please check your order on arrival. If a package arrives damaged, or if items are missing, contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can resolve it.

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not, you may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Eligible items must be

• Unused, unworn, and in their original condition
• In their original packaging, with all tags, labels, accessories, and manuals included
• Accompanied by proof of purchase (your order number or confirmation email)

Items that cannot be returned

• Gift cards and digital products
• Personalized or custom-made items
• Items marked “Final Sale” at the time of purchase
• Products that have been used, damaged after delivery, or altered
• Opened items that are unsuitable for return for hygiene or safety reasons

How to start a return

1. Email contact@upantor.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return, within 30 days of delivery.
2. We will reply with return instructions and the return address.
3. Pack the item securely and send it back using a trackable method. Keep your tracking number until the return is complete.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days; your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit. If you chose an exchange, we will ship the replacement once the returned item is received and approved. If an item is out of stock, we will offer a refund instead.

Items returned late, in unacceptable condition, or without prior authorization may be refused or may incur a deduction from the refund reflecting any loss in value.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us at contact@upantor.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping, at no cost to you.

You may request to cancel or change an order by emailing us as soon as possible after placing it. We can only guarantee a change or cancellation if the order has not yet been dispatched. Orders that have shipped are subject to our returns process in Section 8.

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, product descriptions, layout, and software, is owned by or licensed to Apex Store and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or exploit any content without our prior written permission.

When using the Site, you agree not to:

• Violate any law or regulation
• Submit false or misleading information
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, other accounts, or our systems
• Introduce viruses, malware, or any harmful code
• Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to extract data without our written consent
• Interfere with the proper operation or security of the Site
• Use the Site for fraudulent purchases or chargeback abuse

We may restrict or terminate your access if we believe you have breached these rules.

If you submit reviews, comments, or other content to the Site, you confirm that it is truthful, based on your own experience, and does not infringe anyone’s rights or contain unlawful, abusive, or misleading material. You grant Apex Store a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display, reproduce, and use that content in connection with the Site. We may remove any content at our discretion.

Your privacy matters to us. How we collect, use, and protect your personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. If you subscribe to our newsletter, you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or use third-party services such as payment processors and shipping carriers. We do not control these third parties and are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Your use of third-party services is subject to their own terms.

The Site and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under mandatory consumer protection laws.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Apex Store and its owners, employees, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Site or products purchased through it. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Apex Store and its owners, employees, and partners from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform our obligations caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, extreme weather, pandemics, labor disputes, supply-chain disruption, acts of government, power or internet outages, or carrier delays.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. We encourage you to contact us first so we can try to resolve any concern informally. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in New York, New York, unless applicable law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page, and the “Last updated” date above will be revised. Orders are governed by the Terms in effect at the time they were placed. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will stay in effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, form the entire agreement between you and Apex Store regarding the Site and supersede any earlier agreements.
